1. Description of Service

Anygram is an AI-powered diagramming tool that converts text and documents into Mermaid.js syntax. The Service includes diagram generation, cloud synchronization, and subscription-based features.

2. Eligibility

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Anygram is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

3. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to the Service. However, by providing content, you grant Anygram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Pro Tier: We offer a "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features and higher usage limits.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are managed via the Google Play Store. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees or introduce new charges at any time.

5. Usage Quotas and Fair Use

We reserve the right to modify, decrease, or reset usage quotas for any service tier (including Free and Pro) at our sole discretion to maintain service viability and quality.

Users must not attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts. "Fair Use" is determined by Anygram to ensure consistent performance for all users.

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service, change AI models, or adjust pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes to paid features.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYGRAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and a unique user ID to synchronize your data.

b. User-Generated Content

We store the Mermaid.js code you generate, diagram titles, and the prompts you provide to create them.

c. Document Processing

If you use our document-to-diagram feature, we process the extracted text temporarily to generate your diagram.

d. Usage Statistics

We track usage metrics (e.g., number of generations) to enforce tier boundaries and ensure consistent service limits across your devices.

2. How We Use Data

  • Service Provision: To generate and save your diagrams.
  • Cloud Sync: To allow access across multiple devices.
  • Usage Enforcement: To manage fair-use limits.
  • AI Processing: To convert text into structured diagrams via secure AI models.

3. Security and Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored on secure cloud servers associated only with your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data only with strictly vetted providers required for application functionality:

  • Google Firebase (Hosting & Auth)
  • Google Gemini (AI Processing)
  • RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete individual diagrams at any time, or request full account deletion through the application settings.

6. Age Limitations

Anygram is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
